This will be a great addition to your dollhouse to house cars or have a garage sale. Could also be used as a free-standing building or as a carriage house with a one-room apartment upstairs on the second floor. The garage comes as a unfinished kit made from MDF with milled siding and easy to follow instructions for assembly. The front has a working garage door. Included in the kit are side door and window, hardware for both doors and a ladder stairway for access to the second floor.
