This volume contains the full text of Chapter 1, 1 full color plate and 4 black and white illustrations in 33 pages. This volume measures 31/32 inch high by 25/32 inch wide by 3/16 inch thick. It is constructed using traditional book making techniques and other techniques developed for making miniature books. The spine is printed with the title so the volume will look well on a bookshelf.
