This is a very old porcelain doll and the artisan is unknown. 

She has on a green velvet dress with white trim and a danity stylish hat that is green velvet and a gosgain trim with feathers and sheer green ribbons. She has a nice broch at the neck and she has danity legs with black painted boots. She has a slip and pantaloons with lace under her dress. She very nicely done. The dress is handsewn not glued. Her burnette hair has sauage curls. 

She stands 5 3/4" tall.
