Amish Plate

A little over 1" plate that was hand thrown and hand painted in a German/Early American design. 

It has a man and a woman facing each other with a heart inbetween and a blue stripe around the inside edge and a red stripe on the outside edge. 

There are some marks on the bottom but I do not recognize the mark.
