Ice Box

This walnut ice box may be a Shackman piece but is not signed nor does it have a sticker but it was in a lot that had several Shackman pieces in it. It is wonderfully made with nice hinges and a piano hinge across the back of the top where you open the place to set the ice block. It comes three shelves inside the hinged door and a set of ice tongs to put the block of ice in the the top. 

(There is no block of ice but that is what it is for)

 The inside of the top is lined in silver.
