Pierre

Pierrot is a stock character of pantomime and commedia dell'arte, whose origins are in the late seventeenth-century Italian troupe of players performing in Paris and known as the Comédie-Italienne. The name is a diminutive of Pierre.

The face is painted white with black hair and a design on the face that looks like flowers. 

He/she has a ruffled white collar with gold trim and two white pom s down the front of his one piece costume. 

There is a lovely large pink bow off to one side of the head. This adorable doll is standing 2 1/2" tall.
