This is a discontinued special item from Reutters Porzellan of Germany 1.880/8. "Christmas Gifts" 

The 1 1/2" wide plate of  porcelain is white with painted decor and gold trim.

It has 4 unopened Christmas presents and one opened with candies.

This one is rare as I did not see another on line.
