At Miniature Cottage, we work hard to keep our shop updated so you can order with confidence. In most cases, if you see an item listed on our website, it is in stock or readily available. Because many of our treasures are unique or limited in quantity, one-of-a-kind items are typically removed from the shop once they have sold.
If an item in your order happens to be unavailable, we will contact you personally to discuss backorder options or another arrangement that works best for you.

We believe shopping should feel personal, not impersonal. After your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Then, once your order has been prepared and is ready to head your way, we will follow up with a personal email confirmation.
Most orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Smaller packages are usually sent by USPS Priority Mail, and larger packages may be shipped through UPS. Delivery typically takes 3 to 10 business days.
As a general rule, we do not process payment until your order is ready to ship. In some cases, such as special orders, advance payment or a non-refundable deposit may be required.

NO REFUNDS. Exchange only with receipt within 30 days of purchase. There is a 25% restocking fee for returns.
