1/48" Scale Sunflower Sue is so creative! She is all about up-cycling things and she attached a watering can to her spigot and has the water coming out to make it look like someone is pouring the water into the half barrel! If you look close enough, you can see that she is a little forgetful, and she left the water on! No worries, though, her fountain reuses the water so there isn't a chance of the barrel overflowing!
