This building is made of high quality materials. It is well cut, so pieces can be removed fairly easily.

But the directions are not great - photos could be clearer and/illustrations could make some of the more complicated steps (like mounting the lights), easier to follow. I’ve built many of these miniature models, and this is the first time I’ve had to backtrack, undo, and repeat steps. I’m hoping the lights will brighten it up at the end, but at the moment the colours are rather dull. It’s a technical build, so I would not recommend it for beginners. But the repetativeness will not appeal to experienced builders either. I’m sure it’ll look ok in the end, but there are prettier models I’d recommend before this one.

This is a DIY Mini House and was made in another country.
