Glass eyed "Katie" in a box mc936x

This is a 5" glass eyed reproduction doll by Seeley's artisan Kate Forrest. 

I won her at the Nashville Doll Show in April 2025.

Kate is hands down the best porcelain doll painter I know. 

Her sweet dress was crocheted by Kate's mother in law. She little pantie to match under her dress.

Kate embellished the dress with roses and blue silk ribbon. 

She made the cutest straw hat that is adorned with antique velvet flowers. 

Her box has a basket of pink flowers, a frozen Charlotte, a clock, a bible, a soap dish with a bar of soap, a towel with embrodery work on it, a glass bottle with cork lid and labelm, a mirror, some little doll books and a fan on top of a handkerchief. 

The box is a cream color and is signed by Kate. 3
