This set was owned by Adell Vensus.
She had a very well known collection.
The set measures 17" long including the horse x about 5" wide.
The horse has all the leather harnesses and blinders on his eyes. Never seen such workmanship as this on the leather goods.
The driver is a very well made porcelain man with a white wig pulled back and held with a black silk ribbon bow.
His costume is very English or early American as he is wearing a black livery suit trimmed in black velvet.
The carriage has a red velvet seating area, a pulled back canopy, a running board, and beautiful handmade wooden wheels with metal rims.
Look closely at the pictures so you can see all the details.
