"Landscape with Cows" German Oil Painting mc1988x

This is a signed oil painting bought at the Chicago show from a German lady whose 84 year old mother is a painter. 

She signs her work with three letters which look like Pei. 

This oil painting show cows drinking at a body of water and a farmer in the background. There is a grove of trees and some birds in flight. 

The gold frame is 3 1/2" by 2 3/4" and has decorative carving on it.
