Plexiglass window inserts, detailed functioning doors, detailed skirt, turrret and gingerbread additions. Kit comes unassembled and unpainted. Recommended for ages 13 and up. Comes without paint. There is a single or French door option for 2nd floor. Assembled house measures 24"W x 12"D x 25"H. *This would be a GREAT Halloween Haunted House!!
