LASld228 1/24 Scale Seascape Bungalow Dollhouse KIT

The 1/24th Scale Seascape Bungalow dollhouse kit is made from laser cut birch plywood. Kit comes unassembled and unpainted. Recommended for ages 13 and up. Comes without paint. This kit has been discontinued by the manufacturer, and we do not have the assembled dimensions.

*Dollhouses are available for purchase with IN PERSON STORE PICKUP. Due to their fragility, size, and excessive weight, we do not ship dollhouses.

You will need to supply the following:

1. Wood glue, you may use Tacky Glue “Dries Clear”, Titebond, Elmers or any Hobby
   wood glue
2.  Masking tape to hold house in place during dry assembly and gluing.
3.  200-300 grit sandpaper. Used to sand down any rough surfaces and laser burn.
4.  Alcohol for cleaning laser burn areas and post (optional)
5.  Your choice of paint. Use acrylic paint. Sample cans are cheap and found at most
   hardware stores like Lowes and Home Depot.
