Maggie rdgardenerlady

Maggie is a 5.5 inch doll but stands 6 inches tall to the top of her old hat. 

She has been in her garden today. She has a bag of potting mix at her feet. She is wearing her garden apron over her stripped silk dress. She has a dirty rag hanging over one of the apron's many pockets. She also has the book " A Flower Fairy Alphabet" book that she is using for inspiration for her garden. It was her favorite book as a child. Maggie has her rubber gloves in a pocket and a trowel in another. Seems she picked a couple of spring flowers that were early bloomers along the way. In her woven basket on her arm are a few carrots and lots of packets of seeds. 

She was poured, fired, and china painted by artisan Renee' Marlowe. 

Renee' then dressed her using very nice fabrics and most of her costume is handsewn. Attention to detail is great on her. She is wearing black china painted boots and has white pantaloons on underneath. 

Renee' made arms and legs bendable so you can have her hold something different than pictured or place her in a chair in the garden if you like. Her old hat has tiny hint of spring flowers around it.
