Gently used molds- I have poured the mold and have the greenware shown in the picture so you can see what the dolls look like unpainted or fired. These are porcelain doll molds. 

Pretty little pouty face. 

You will need a mold for body or shoulder-plate and arms and legs to complete a doll.
