Music Chest with music box (vintage) mc031022

This precious little music chest if from the Loveman collection.

It stands 2" tall and is 1 3/4" x 1 1/2".

The beautiful stained wood is maghony. It plays a charming melody but it is old and you must not over wind it.

I took it to a jeweler who repaired it and said it is fragile. It plays very slowly. 

It is signed but I am not totally sure who by. It looks like crawford and there is a marker's mark. 

So I am selling this for the chest as I cannot guarantee the old music box inside. 

I would have asked much more if the it the music box was in better shape.
