The handle of the brush is marked 925 and OBADIAH. 

This comb, mirror, and brush has a hand engraved interlocking script monogram of ARK (in order); however, the A and K are smaller which indicates A is the first initial, K is the middle initial, and the larger R is the surname initial. We have only had a couple of Obadiah's items come through our shop, and this is a treasure to have.
