Incredible detail from British artisan Judith Cipkin. Carved wooden handpainted face. 

6"T to the top of her beautifully made bonnet. 

This doll was made by Judity Chipin "Dollmaker" and was made Cleckheaton England. 

She is just loaded with English goods including a tiny dressed doll, woollen knitted stockings, and other household goods. She is wearing the traditional red cape and black hat associated with the pedlar ladies.
