Period Room Box by Architectural Etcetera/Lawbre

This came to us through a collection. It is rare to find. This period room box kit includes a very nice, heavy wood box with a frame that holds a piece of glass that is included. Inside the box there is a false wall with cut outs to house the fireplace, firebox, mantle, overhead mirror, two awesome shelves that are wired, and all the trim work and molding plus a wood piece to make your flooring on already cut. The box was marked 400.00 and the pieces that are in it are incrediable. 

We do not ship heavy items here so you would have to make shipping plans. We will work with you but there is no way we can tell you what the shipping is until we have it boxed and ready to go. 

I noticed that one of the bookshelf openings will have to be cut a little bigger for it fit. A lot of the work on this has already been done.

The instructions are the and it is dated 7/28/94. There does not appear to be any warpage and the only thing I saw was a couple of very long wood pieces had broke on the end but they are easy to replace and you may not need all of it.
