Red Sleigh Shelf for Christmas with Handpainted Scene mc304x

This shelf is 3" long x 1 1/2" wide x 1/2" deep. 

There is a maker's mark on the back but I cannot read it as it is very faded. It has a candle with some words circling it. 

There are precious little green trees hand painted with snow falling. 

Doesn't get much sweeter than this.
