1 1/2" tall replica of a smilodon.
Smilodon, also known as the saber-toothed tiger, is a genus of extinct felids and prehistoric mammals that lived in North and South America during the Pleistocene and early Holocene epochs. They are known for their large, sharp canines that could grow to be 7 inches long, and were about the size of a modern tiger or lion but bulkier. Smilodon fossils range from juvenile to adult-sized, and the California State Fossil is a Smilodon.
