The Robert Olszewski's miniature from the Women's Series like this one was called Spring Dance.

SPRING DANCE with Flowers

This graceful piece depicts a lovely lady twirling in step to the music spreading her full skirt in creamy folds. Her blue bodice is trimmed in flowers and a bouquet of more flowers lays at her feet behind her. Unlike Spring Dance, this one has flowers in the skirts of her dress, as well as around her. 

The back of the piece is stamped with the artist's name, 1995, and the ID mark #9. We know this was a special edition and it is signed.  The first issue price is unknown. The miniature measures 1/2"w x 1 1/4"t. The original velvet case and labeled box are also included. The bottom has LTD 100 marked on it.
