His arms and legs have pipe cleaners and you make a body and dress him. 

It is hard to find porcelain dolls because the art of pouring and painting and firing porcelain is not being taught much anymore. 

Renee' has over eight hundred miniature dolls, dishes, and figurine molds-some from her work and some from other people. She puts these kits together and if no one buys them and she has time she starts dressing them and sells them in her shop.
