It is by "Unique Architectural Miniatures", maker of fine Miniature Architectural embellishments which are historically accurate for the one inch scale setting. Like all my merchandise it is brand new and in the original packaging. The perfect crowning touch for your one inch scale miniature setting. The Unique Miniatures polyester products, are developed by a specially controlled formula, and permit a degree of adaptability and flexibility not found in other materials. Consequently, these items, with properties similar to hardwood, can be sawed, sanded, filled and drilled. In addition, they are pliable when warmed in an ordinary oven to 80 degrees. Unique Miniatures items can be painted with both oil and acrylic based paints. Staining is possible, but experiment first with various techniques and materials. Most of the Unique Miniatures items listed are good on one side only. Be careful particularly with such pieces as windows and doors. In a dollhouse where the window can be seen from both sides, we do not advise using these items. Any top quality adhesive (such as epoxy glue) can be used to adhere these items to there location. If any pieces should chip from sawing or mitering, don't fear. The defects can be adroitly filled using any commercial vinyl spackling compound available at all hardware and paint stores.
