Young Lady in Blue Dress PS099

From the collection of Pat Steele: 

4-1/4" tall. This young lady has curly blond hair with 3 ringlets hanging down in back. Her blue batiste dress has handsewn tucks and featherstitching on the petticoat and drawers. Shoes are painted light blue. There are a couple glue spots on her sleeves but these could be covered with ribbon roses or trim if you wished. Very pretty face!
